According to an unofficial rating, this is the most popular beach among residents of Novosibirsk. "Zvezda" (former "Neokom") tries to combine accessibility with a good level of amenities. The beach "Zvezda" is located in Akademgorodok, on the shore of the Ob Sea, near a pine forest, and although it is not very easy to get here without a car – the transport stop is a couple of kilometers away – there are always a lot of vacationers. Families with children and companies especially like to relax here, renting gazebos with barbecues for holidays in the bosom of nature.

The beach is large, well-kept, and features lovely rock formations. After the formal opening, catamaran rides are available.

Although the cleanliness of the paid restroom is not too bad, it can be an irksome surprise. Beaches of the boarding houses Khvoya (Bylina) and Sosnovka

Numerous youths and students frequent this location. On the beach, there is a volleyball court for outdoor recreation. Renting bananas, water skis, and catamarans will be possible if a permit is in place.

A number of cafes are open throughout the summer on Akademgorodok’s central beach, but their selection is limited and their prices are fairly high. However, there’s usually ice cream or cold beverages!

Parking is available for a fee of 150–200 rubles. However, the lack of a single hook in the changing cabins and the poor quality of the toilet are regrettable.

There is a little stone island not far from the coast. In actuality, this is a complex of four beaches: Boomerang, Children’s, Banner, and Kamenny.

The beach is lengthy (especially when you consider its "wild" portion), and it borders the park "by the sea," which has reasonably priced attractions. There are enough tourists here even though the beach is in a remote area. "Boomerang" is well-equipped, with a playground, water slides, a catamaran rental, a volleyball court, and an adult-only trampoline with an instructor.
